1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

3.3 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including their real full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. beee99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to keep their credentials secure. Players must notify beee99 support immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access.

3.5 KYC Verification. beee99 reserves the right to request identity documentation (national ID, passport, or birth certificate) and proof of payment method ownership at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. beee99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via approved Bangladeshi payment channels, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The list of accepted channels may be updated at beee99's discretion.

4.2 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). beee99 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency.

4.3 Minimum & Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed at the time of transaction within your beee99 account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted without prior notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution. beee99 targets same-day processing for all standard withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time.

4.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. To submit a withdrawal request, a Player must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds; (c) have a minimum withdrawable balance as stated in their account; and (d) not be under any account review, restriction, or investigation for suspicious activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

5.5 beee99 Right to Modify. beee99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to change the terms of ongoing promotions where necessary to prevent abuse or address technical issues.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on beee99 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. beee99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its absolute discretion, including where technical errors have resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where the bet is suspected to have been placed in bad faith.

6.2 Errors & Manifest Mistakes. In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest pricing error, system fault, or data feed disruption, beee99 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's balance. Where a material error is identified after settlement, beee99 may recalculate and adjust the settlement outcome accordingly.

6.3 Game Rules. Each game category on beee99 — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fish games — is governed by its own specific rules published within the respective game or market section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a wager.

6.4 Responsible Wagering. Players are solely responsible for the bets they place. beee99 does not provide investment or financial advice. All wagering decisions are made at the Player's own risk. 6.5 Winning Limits. beee99 may apply maximum payout limits per bet or per day. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the beee99 Platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and all funds withheld pending investigation:

• Accessing beee99 from a Prohibited Territory using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools.

beee99 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to the relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with any subsequent investigation.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Intellectual Property

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14.2 Entire Agreement.
